NEO Leadership Team
The NEO Leadership Team consists of Dr. Ron Boehm (Macedonia), Jeff Brown (Middlebranch), and Christy Kear (Akron Grace - Bath). Our desire is to provide valued inter-church opportunities that strengthen NEO local churches and their leaders for greater kingdom impact.
Our Mission: Local churches and their leaders are often found working in isolation where discouragement, ineffectiveness, and countless distractions lead to spiritual defeat and failure. We provide for the Charis Fellowship churches of Northeast Ohio opportunities for meaningful relationships, productive partnerships and equipping events for leaders that promote stronger, more effective churches.

January 14th we voted to expand our NEO Leadership Team to include three leaders of the ministerium. We will be working together and supporting each other as we serve the well-being of the NEO Charis Fellowship.
