Providing valued inter-church opportunities that strengthen local churches and their leaders for greater kingdom impact.

We desire that church leaders find friends outside their local situation as well as missional opportunities for their people. We want involved church leaders to sense a family spirit among the NEO churches. All NEO participants should receive timely wisdom for their challenges and be personally encouraged and enriched for their mission.

Church leaders should not be left to face ministry challenges alone just to see their ministry spiral downward into defeat. They do not have to lack valuable insights that could be gained from others of like heart and mind. Church people and their leaders need not feel insignificance or lack momentum.

As members of the Charis Fellowship we are pursuing meaningful interaction which values Biblical Truth, Biblical Relationship and Biblical Mission that we may do good for His Kingdom, develop leaders, and plant churches.
